The Scenario

Gentle Rain Greenery is considering expanding into several Colorado markets. 
Before the nursery pours millions into these new markets, they have asked you
to determine which market should be the first expansion candidate.  The markets
under consideration are Denver, Colorado Springs and Boulder.

You have the following to help with your analysis:
     -A list of markets under consideration
     -Demographics profiles of current profitable markets
     -iXPRESS for MapPoint

In the past Gentle Rain Greenery has faired well in markets where the median
household income is $60,000 or more.  Gentle Rain is also interested in
market with high total expenditures for gardening supplies, and high
household expenditures for gardening supplies.

After determining their target market area, Gentle Rain would like to identify
specific ZIP Codes for their store locations, based on total dollars spent on
gardening supplies.  Their commercial real estate agency has also provided
the addresses of two available store locations in one of the potential markets.
Gentle Rain needs to evaluate these locations for potential profitability.
